On this safari we can feel the spirit of the ancient bushmen. In Botswana we learn how the bushmen adapt to their enviroment and survive on plants and roots, as well as their simple but effective hunting methods.

In the Okavango-Delta we will transfer into a boat, which will take us to an island. A variety of animals, like elephants, hippos, wild dogs, lions and several bird species, live on this island. The following day we will continue our trip with the Mokoro, the "tree-boats" of the indigenous people, through dense reed to the next island. This island will be explored on foot. We will spend the night on this island in untouched nature.

Back in Namibia, we will traverse the animal rich Mahango Park on a game drive. A deep sandy 4x4 tracks lead us through the dense vegetation of the Khaudom Reserve. Espacially after the rains you will find big herds of Elephant, Anthelopes, and predators such as Lion, Hyenas, and Leopards. After good rains we will find numerous Falmingos on the vlei's. A special and misterious safari.
