| Day 1 |
Windhoek Airport - Guestfarm at Omaruru
Departure in Windhoek at 7h30 am or at the Airport. Via Okahandja through central farmland to Erongo region. A farm drive with a sundowner is included. Overnight in a double room, with dinner and breakfast on a Guest farm. |
| Day 2 |
Omaruru - Palmwag
Via Uis, the mining village, we drive all the way to the rugged Damaraland. Hike at Palmwag. |
| Day 3-5 |
Palmwag - Damaraland Concession Area - Ganumub valley
Today we explore the scenic concession area and search for desert adapted elephant and rare black rhino. With great luck we might even see lions, whereof about 120 roam freely in this area. |
| Day 6 |
Ganumub - Kaoko Otavi
Visiting Fort Sesfontein, we drive onwards through central Kaokoland in the Kunene region where we meet with the Ovahimbas, the indigenous inhabitants of the Kaokoland. |
| Day 7-8 |
Kaoko Otavi - Epupa Falls
We will have time to experience Opuwo the Capital of Kaokoland. On our way to the Epupa Falls we get introduced to a traditional Himba village. Hiking along the Kunene River with an indigenous guide. Camping and relaxing under the Makalani palm trees right at the falls. |

Epupa - Hobatere
Back to Opuwo we head southeast towards Etosha NP and stay at Hobatere. |
| Day 10-11 . |
Etosha National Park
With a special permission we enter the Galton gate at Otjivasandu into Etosha National Park. On extensive game drives we have the opportunity to view rare mammal species. |
| Day 12 . |
Etosha National Park - Windhoek
Leaving after breakfast, we have the possibility in Okahandja to visit the Kavango wood carvers market. Arrival in Windhoek at about 15h00 pm. |
This tour can be shortened (minimum of 7 days) on request, from Windhoek to either the Ovahimbas or the Damaraland Concession area. |
